Viewer/Recorder
QuickView is now available with Sony‘s new GV-HD700, which replaces the GV-D1000 in the QuickView Pro Pack. This is the recommended viewer/recorder for QuickView, and GV-D1000 users will want to upgrade for several reasons:
Screen is larger (7" / 1152 pixels versus GV-D1000's 4" / 123K pixels).
- It supports HD formats 1080i and 720p, and its screen supports 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratios.
- It captures images to a Memory Stick Pro without interrupting video recording, and captures them at higher resolution (1440x810 / 1.2 megapixel versus GV-D1000's 640x480 / 0.3 megapixel).
- It accepts Memory Stick Pro media up to 8 GB (GV-D1000 is limited to 128 MB).
- It accepts composite video input via standard RCA jack (more secure, reliable than mini RCA jack).
- More intuitive operation.
- Improved time/date/playtime stamp.
- Doubles as a real-time A/D converter between analog video sources and a computer.
- Includes full-featured remote control.
- Great portable device for all video systems.
Tank/Manhole Kit
The tank/manhole viewing kit doubles QuickView's field of view, allowing it to view all walls of a manhole when looking downward, and also view wide areas of other close-up targets like vessel and tank walls. The kit consists of a wide-angle lens, plus a lamp diffuser that spreads the lamp beams for broad, even illumination of foreground targets.
Wireless
With the QuickView wireless accessory kit, an operator can transmit real-time inspection footage wirelessly to any truck-mounted video monitor or recorder, and also enjoy greater freedom of movement.
The kit contains a compact transmitter for the QuickView operator vest, and a receiver that connects to any remote viewing or recording device. Video can be transmitted up to 150' line-of-sight using one of 8 user-selectable channels in the 5.725—5.875 GHz range.
Pole Extensions

Pole extensions are also available, allowing QuickView to inspect manholes as deep as 48'. A 6' carbon fiber extension is available, as is a segmented fiberglass extension that adds 6' to 18'. These extensions are available for all QuickViews that have a telescoping carbon-fiber pole.
Drop Line Attachment

An extended targeting leg allows QuickView to inspect drop lines (pipes entering a manhole from an elevated position) with precision and stability. This carbon-fiber attachment lets an operator vary camera height up to 5'. The extended targeting leg can be ordered with a new system, or as a retrofit to existing systems.
Accessory Lights
